Weekend Workshops Service Agreement/Waiver

Effective for all events during May 2025

This is a service agreement/waiver between the dog owner

and Channeling Canines LLC.

1. Both parties agree that the success of the dog training is contingent on multiple factors and there is no guarantee for any particular training outcome.

2. The dog owner is expected to provide training treats during each event.

3. Channeling Canines LLC will prioritize your dog’s welfare.

4. Owners can receive a full refund if a weekend workshop is canceled 12 hours in advance. Owners are expected to give a 6-hour notice if they need to reschedule.

5. Channeling Canines LLC may take videos or pictures during the weekend workshop that may be posted on but not limited to social media, websites, or for marketing material. The content will be used for educational or promotional purposes.

6. The dog owner agrees to be held responsible for their dog's behavior during and after the weekend workshops occurs.

   1. Including any behaviors that may physically affect other people or animals including but not limited to the trainer at Channeling Canines LLC and other participants at the event. 

7. Dog owner understands that other people and animals will be participating in the event or present at the location and that Channeling Canines LLC shall not be liable for the behavior of other people or animals participating in the event. 

8. The undersigned affirms that the dog participating in the training sessions is current on all core vaccinations, including but not limited to the rabies vaccine.

9. To the best of the dog owner’s knowledge, the dog participating in the group event does not exhibit aggressive behaviors that would pose a risk to the safety of others, whether canine or human.

10. This service agreement/waver covers all weekend workshops that occur during the month of May year 2025.
